We are staying in a hotel nearby and exploring this rather upmarket city. Found this cache after spending far too much time and failing at finding your other cache in the park.
A nice walk, and nice camo - made me laugh. Noticed a strange occurrence of boiling(?) bubbling water near the bank of the river a bit further down, not sure what was causing this - a burst pipe or some sort of naturally occurring geyser?
