Well, we didn't realise there was a castle in Killarney, but we found it! Now onto the cache...
Walked the sandy trail, which reminded me of my younger days holidaying in Devon, we got down to the beach and then headed towards where we thought the cache was. It was an interesting place with these old stone walls which I assume were part of the old outer defences?
The place was completely dry you will be glad to know, and we discovered we had overshot GZ by quite a bit, when we looked at the hint.
