Well I guess I should pay more attention to the cache title instead of doing the drunken bee dance with the GPSr, but we found it eventually and I had that "Doh!" moment.
Annoyed to see that some mutt owner had decided to scoop their poop into a plastic bag but leave it in the styles on their way out - what's the point of that? It would be better to at least leave the fresh poop in the open to biodegrade. The laziness of some people is shocking!
However it was a nice easy find in an otherwise pleasant location and nice to be learning history as we go along. TFTC!
