I had come to Lancaster Gate for the Clockwise Event nearby and whilst waiting for the other half, went to see if I could solve this puzzle. Upon reaching the coords I noticed it was exactly like another puzzle I had attempted recently (and failed). Just as I was reaching in for the receiver, up came Tessa from mbtkz, then TausH, then Mark from mbtkz. They had all been trying to figure it out too!
We combined our collective brain power and had it figured out quickly enough making our way to the final location. Upon arriving it was pretty clear that this cache was buried under a ton of sand and dirt.
Not sure if the recent devastation of the area is due to previous finders or some kind of builders goings on [;)].
