Wasted a bit of time getting to this one as we didn't read the directions properly on the cache description. The farm looks private, but then you spot the brilliantly concealed public footpath sign behind the large farm sign - almost as difficult as the cache.
If anyone needs the toilet or anything I would advise going to this pub as it will save you in the long run - we didn't and weren't able to find a pub/toilets till we got back to Chesham and CH046 (however I was informed later by Team Noodle that there is another one en route which is also slightly hidden away).
